2. Services Description

Liberty Training provides educational services including but not limited to:

  • Academic courses and training programs
  • Entrance examination coaching (NEET, JEE, JENPAS, etc.)
  • Government job preparation courses
  • Paramedical training programs
  • Educational consultancy services
  • Placement assistance and human resource services

3. Admission and Enrollment

Admission to Liberty Training programs is subject to:

  • Meeting eligibility criteria for the chosen program
  • Successful completion of the admission process
  • Payment of applicable fees
  • Submission of required documents

4. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of admission. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment (with applicable deductions)
  • Course cancellation by Liberty Training
  • Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain regular attendance and academic performance
  • Follow the code of conduct and disciplinary rules
  • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students
  • Complete assignments and examinations as required
  • Inform Liberty Training of any changes in personal information

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, and intellectual property on this website are the exclusive property of Liberty Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liberty Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any information provided therein.

10. Placement Assistance

While Liberty Training provides placement assistance through its Human Resources division, we do not guarantee employment. Placement is subject to student performance, employer requirements, and market conditions.

11. Scholarship Information

Scholarship availability and eligibility are subject to government regulations and institutional policies. Liberty Training assists students in scholarship applications but cannot guarantee approval.

12. Modifications

Liberty Training reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
